Quite a few Art of Living members from interstate have expressed a keen interest in seeing some photos of the new Melbourne Art of Living Centre. Set in the beautiful Abbotsford Convent precinct, the Centre has only been open a few days, so it hasn't been furnished yet; nevertheless, it's a gorgeous space. Not surprisingly, the Convent has a palpably spiritual vibe. I feel meditative just walking the corridors of the building.

During the first series of 6am yoga classes at the Centre, I set up my camera and hit its remote control every now and then. The plan was to put up one photo, but when I reviewed them, I thought the time lapse effect was rather cool (e.g. the changing colour of the sky as dawn plays out). The next day, I repeated the procedure and then pasted the two slide sets together (missing out the meditation at the end).
