Although the challenge is officially over, I've kept going with my daily Kriya practice. You see, it's a habit now. There's no discipline or effort involved anymore. No big deal these days. How times have changed! It used to be such a struggle. What changed? A long streak of morning Kriyas finally dissolved the resistance and it became effortless.
Has there been progress in the last year? Yes, indubitably. Periods of unhappiness are few and far between, and very short-lived. Is it the Kriya? Hard to say... this is no scientific experiment :) Nevertheless, after 3 years, I feel that the Kriya has been the basis of the change.
