It's hard to believe I've done 500 days straight. Those of you who have been following this little adventure of mine may recall that I took on a Mini Challenge to do 40 morning Kriyas in a row, back in June. Well, that was a struggle, but after a while it became a piece of cake. These days, I just wake up and do my Kriya first thing; it's become completely natural. Look at the grid below... it's turning into a sea of green!
That was the key to making things easy. Once I got into the habit of doing Kriya first thing, the resistance dissolved. When I had the freedom to do it at any time of the day, a little battle ensued between the forces of Procrastination and those of Immediate Action. As long as conflict was there, it was only a matter of time before a resistance built up in me and it became a real struggle to keep the 731-Kriya Challenge going.
So, there we have it. The solution is easy. To get some persistence, drop the resistance (sound familiar?!).
And, how do I feel? Happy, relaxed and totally present... more often than not, anyway! I can't see myself ever stopping now.
